Exciting times are upon us here at Community Blend. But ENOUGH with the cold!! The groups meeting at our new locations are working well. We have space. Enough to expand and welcome newbies. So grab a friend and give one of our classes a try. Currently three classes are reading through the Bible in a year and following The Bible ReCap program. A Prayer and Share group is also available for men and women. This group teaches aspects of prayer followed by an open discussion. ANNUAL GOLF OUTING
Mark your calendars! JUNE 2, 2025 - 9:00 am Shotgun Start. Held at scenic Architect's Country Club in Warren County. We are honored to partner with Habitat for Humanity for the second year. Plans are underway for our second annual Community Blend Retreat. This is a teambuilder for our volunteers and donors.
MISSIONS
Our mission to help people in crisis is thriving. We help people referred from other agencies, walk-ins, and other states. We help people with immediate needs, then connect them to agencies for ongoing support.
Single Parent and Senior Outreach program began in Jan. We are selecting people in need of a boost: with meals, housekeeping, finances and more. We're off to a good start with five recipients lined up.
Programs
Prime Timers is a 55+ COED program. They meet the first Wednesday of each month for a potluck luncheon. Speakers, sharing, food and fellowship. In April, The Department of Aging will give a presentation on resources available for seniors. Information is key. Join us!
